PRODUCT ISSUE
If it is an issue on our end where we sent out the wrong product, wrong size, bad graphic just send us a picture of what you've received for quality control purposes and we can offer a replacement once the issue is deemed our fault.

US customers have up to 30 days after the shipped date and international customers have up to 60 days after the shipped date.

What we need to make a replacement order:

  1. Please provide your name and email.
  2. Please provide the order number.
  3. Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item and (product sticker if possible).
  4. Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc. 
  5. Email to: sales@naturalhugs.com

Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!
